This week is #MentalHealthWeek. It’s a time to be open to having conversations that may have been difficult in the past. Why difficult ? Because someone may not have felt comfortable raising their issue, their feelings, their troubles, their anxiousness. WE can help help make a great #MentalHealthWeek by being empathetic and aware to those who are around us that may be facing a challenge or an unsettled moment in their mind. Let’s talk about it, if they are comfortable talking about it. Let’s support them in whatever way we can lend support. Let’s bring it from being Mental Illness to Mental Wellness by taking the “I” and making it a “we”. Let’s be a loving supportive community this #MentalHealthWeek. Thanks !
